All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday on a 'next day' service and all our deliveries are made Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm. It is possible to have your goods delivered on a Saturday for an additional fee. If you require this then please contact us to arrange.
A signature is required for all orders sent via Royal Mail/ TNT. Someone must be at your delivery address to sign for your parcel between 8am and 6pm.
We use TNT for all items which are too large/heavy to post so, if you happen to be out at the time of the delivery a card will be left. Unfortunately it is not possible to advise on the actual time of delivery.
Non Deliveries
All items not received must be notified to us in writing within 14 days to enable us to make enquiries and register a claim with the carrier.
Items damaged on arrival must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after this time cannot be entertained.
